摘要

随着我国国民经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，城市需水量日趋增加，我国的多数大中城市供水量严重不足，为解决日趋严峻的水荒问题，只有展开污水资源化工作，将城市排出的污水经特定水处理装置处理后作为水资源来重复使用。任何物资都有自己固有的频率，水垢属于无机盐类，1般装备的外壳都是金属材料制作，水垢和金属材料的振荡频率不同。现今社会，机械工业是1个国家的重要产业，机械工业的发展无时不刻都在影响着国家经济的发展，人类的进步离不开机械工业的发展。在全球经济发展的大环境下，中国各个行业被其他国家的先进技术影响的同时，愈来愈多的外国企业和品牌传播到中国已成为现实。在新的市场需求的推动下，对水处理装置进行改进和优化是当务之急。有大型水处理装置生产企业对装备的安全指标的有着1定生产的严格要求,包括它的结构组成和零部件的工艺性能，都提出了更高的要求。国内水处理装置的研发及制造要与全球号令的高效经济、安全稳定主题保持1致。水处理装置的发展与人类社会的进步和科学技术的水平密切相干。

本次设计是对带旋转电梯水处理装置设计，通过对传统的水处理装置结构进行了改进和优化，使得此种类型的水处理装置的使用范围更广泛，更加灵活，并且对今后的选型设计工作有1定的参考价值。

Abstract

WiththecontinuousimprovementoftherapiddevelopmentofChina'snationaleconomyandthepeople'slivingstandards,urbanwaterdemandisincreasing,aseriousshortageofwatersupplyinourcountrythemajorityoflargeandmedium-sizedcities,inordertosolvetheincreasinglyseriouswatershortageproblemonlytocarryoutsewageresources,thedischargeofurbansewagespecificwatertreatmentapparatusinthetreatmentofaswaterreuse.Anymaterialhasitsowninherentfrequency,scaleandbelongstotheinorganicsaltsandgeneralequipmentshellismadeofmetalmaterials,theoscillationfrequencyofthescaleandmetalmaterialsdifferent.Intoday'ssociety,themachineryindustryisanimportantindustryofacountry,thedevelopmentofthemachineryindustryhasbeenaffectingthedevelopmentofthenationaleconomy,humanprogresscannotbeseparatedfromthedevelopmentofthemachineryindustry.Intheglobaleconomicdevelopmentenvironment,China'svariousindustriesareaffectedbytheadvancedtechnologyofothercountriesatthesametime癫痫治疗仪管用吗,moreandmoreforeignenterprisesandbrandspreadtoChinahasbecomeareality.Undertheimpetusofnewmarketdemand,itisurgenttoimproveandoptimizethewatertreatmentequipment.Therearestrictrequirementsforthesafetyofequipmentintheproductionoflargescalewatertreatmentplant,includingitsstructuralcomponentsandpartsoftheprocessperformance,haveputforwardhigherrequirements.DomesticwatertreatmentequipmentR;Dandmanufacturingtobeconsistentwiththeglobalcallforefficienteconomic,safeandstabletheme.Thedevelopmentofwatertreatmentdeviceiscloselyrelatedtotheprogressofhumansocietyandthelevelofscienceandtechnology.

Thedesignisbasedonproeofrotatingelevatorwaterprocessingdevicedesign,throughtotraditionalwatertreatmentdevicestructureareimprovedandoptimized,makingthistypeofwatertreatmentdeviceusingrangemorewidely,moreflexible,andhasacertainreferencevalueforfuturedesignandselection.
